on our Procurement and Contracts team. This role can be based in Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver or Washington, D.C. About The Role

The Travel and Procurement Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s travel operations and strategic purchasing programs, projects, and ensures client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position. This role manages the relationship with the Travel Management Company (TMC), tracks compliance with the firm’s travel policy, monitors travel security alerts, and resolves issues related to business traveler experiences. The manager also leads other strategic procurement initiatives as assigned, makes recommendations on travel program improvements to Leadership, and maintains close collaboration with the marketing and events teams. The position reports directly to the Director of Procurement. Oversee day-to-day travel operations for the Firm, including booking, expense management, and traveler support. Manage the relationship with TMC, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring. Manage TMC relative to daily activities of dedicated agents hired for Firmwide travel accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for business travelers regarding travel-related inquiries and escalations. Manage resolution of travel issues from Firm personnel and clients. Investigate complex issues; then design responsive, efficient solutions. Participate in evaluation and recommendation of travel software applications (e.g., online booking tool); monitor processes based on client input. Conduct online booking tool training sessions annually to encourage firm members to utilize the tool for ease of booking travel and for cost savings to the firm. Manage requests for proposals (RFPs) for vendors, analyze results, and make recommendations to Leadership. Address and resolve issues impacting business travelers, including travel disruptions and service complaints. Monitor travel security alerts and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure traveler safety and risk mitigation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel advisories and communicate relevant information to travelers. Lead and manage other strategic purchasing projects (e.g. promotional products, office supplies, etc.) as assigned by the Director of Procurement. Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation within. Work with members of the broader Procurement team to identify opportunities for additional procurement projects and programs. Identify opportunities for enhancement of travel and procurement programs based on data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices. Develop and present recommendations for program improvements to Leadership, including the Director of Procurement and other upper management. Implement approved changes and monitor their effectiveness. About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in travel management, procurement, or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of travel industry practices, travel management systems, and procurement processes. Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers. Works closely with marketing and events teams, Business Travelers, Finance, and other internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency with travel booking platforms, expense management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to respond to travel security alerts and manage traveler safety protocols. Strong skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. About Mofo
