Overview
CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused upon providing professional solutions in the areas of training and talent acquisition. We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Support (SCS) professional to provide comprehensive acquisition support across all federal contract types and values. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of federal regulations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex acquisition requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience within the last seven (7) years in federal acquisition support, including both pre- and post-award processes. Must demonstrate experience with contracts greater than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, or 24 semesters in business-related disciplines (e.g., accounting, finance, law, economics, management)
Certifications: One of the following:
Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C Level I, II, or III / Professional)
DAWIA Level III in Contracting
Equivalent commercial training leading to certification
Specialized Experience (Candidates must meet one of the following tracks)
Construction/Architect-Engineering (AE):
Minimum 3 years developing AE solicitations and administering AE contracts/modifications
Minimum 3 years developing construction solicitations and administering construction contracts/modifications
Familiarity with FAR Parts 14, 15, 36, and 43
Complex Service Contracts (e.g., Healthcare):
5 years developing and administering complex service solicitations, contracts, and modifications
In-depth knowledge of FAR 13/15 and medical contracting language
Leasing & Specialized Contracts:
Minimum 2 years developing and administering solicitations/contracts for real property leasing, utilities, space-sharing, interagency agreements, and related services
Familiarity with FAR, VAAR, GSAM, GSAR, and applicable laws/policies
Additional Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of systems and websites such as Microsoft, SharePoint, Adobe, Google Chrome, SAM.gov, CPARS, FPDS-NG, GSA eBuy/GSA Advantage, SBA.gov
Proven ability to provide leadership, technical direction, and mentorship to junior staff
Strong time management, writing, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and standardize enterprise requirements
Expertise in refining source selection criteria and solving complex contracting issues
Experience in cost analysis, gap analysis, and healthcare-related acquisition support
Ability to prepare compliant procurement packages in line with federal and state laws
Work Environment On-site. Specific location to be identified in the individual task order. Potential locations include: Murfreesboro, Memphis, Johnson City, TN; Lexington, Louisville, KY; Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, Detroit, MI; Cincinnati, Columbus, Kettering, Dayton, OH; Cleveland/Independence, OH; Indianapolis, Marion, IN; Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Tomah, WI; North Chicago, Marion, IL; Leavenworth, Wichita, Topeka, KS; St. Louis, Poplar Bluff, Columbia, MO; Houston, TX; New Orleans, Alexandria, Shreveport, LA; Biloxi, Jackson, MS; Fayetteville, Little Rock, AR; Pensacola, FL; St. Paul, St. Cloud, MN; Coralville, Des Moines, IA; Omaha, NE; Fort Meade, Sioux Falls, SD; or Fargo, ND.
Physical Demands Position is primarily sedentary, working while seated and/or standing.
