You will define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Seller Payments, ensuring a capability-driven approach with a global perspective. Serve as the Product Owner, providing clear product vision to the scrum team and co-leading the Agile process with engineering counterparts to achieve roadmap milestones. Establish product/backlog prioritization, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term technology investments. Translate commerce requirements into versatile payment capabilities adaptable to various processors, types, and models. Leverage AI to enhance product capabilities, improve decision-making processes, and optimize user experiences. Proficient in data analytics and hypothesis testing. Act as a product evangelist, working closely with business partners and engineering leaders to align strategies. Communicate strategies and trade-offs to senior leaders and development teams, fostering alignment and understanding. Incorporate market shifts and technological progressions into tangible improvements for Seller Payments. What You Will Bring

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce/marketplaces. 3+ years of experience in payments domain; deep understanding of payments domain preferred. Deep subject matter expertise in technologies and products essential for launching payment solutions at scale globally. Experience in developing cutting-edge product features with a strong emphasis on UX design. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product management to drive innovation and efficiency. Ability to ask insightful questions to shape product perspectives and articulate requirements. Skill in balancing technical possibilities with business impact, communicating effectively to drive significant outcomes. Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is expected to be $124,000 - $208,300. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a target bonus and restricted stock units, in addition to a full range of benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off). Details of participation will be provided if an offer is extended. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (and other compensation programs) at any time, including for performance, department or market factors.
