600 B St., Suite 1400 San Diego, CA 92101 US We are looking for a 7-10 year tax manager with large local/regional or Big 4 public accounting firm experience focused in Corporations, Partnerships and LLCs with both SEC and privately held clients. Position requires: CPA license and able to sign tax returns Strong technical experience Good communication skills (oral and written) Attention to detail Ability to lead/train staff Complex Tax Provision Multi State and some International work The firm is a great home for someone who wants to operate in a nimble environment where they can continue to expand their knowledge without the politics inherent in a big CPA firm. Qualifications & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and expectations include providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for corporate, partnership, and LLC clients with exposure to SEC filings and private client work.
