Overview
State Street Investment Management – Institutional Client Coverage Group – Jan 2026 Co-op. The key objective for the Co-op is to support the Head of the Institutional Client Coverage Group and Head of Distribution Strategy in executing the strategic plan and driving sales efficiency across the North America Client Coverage Group, representing over 1000 clients and $1 trillion in assets today. The role provides an opportunity to learn about a variety of functions in the asset management business and involves supporting key business development functions and project management in partnership with stakeholders across Sales Leadership, the Head of Institutional, Marketing, CRM, Product and Investments. Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Leadership and Analysts within the Channels to execute on strategic priorities Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in sales execution, streamline internal processes, leverage CRM analytics and industry databases Deliver timely reporting to stakeholders on progress, including activities, pipeline and target market Prepare and maintain a core inventory of client facing materials for each growth thematic Assist in the management of campaigns across departments – sales, marketing, compliance and portfolio management/strategists Key Relationships
