Overview

Seasonal Concierge/Client Advisor for Valentino in Union Square, San Francisco, CA. The role contributes to driving sales by delivering a genuine, high-end client experience and supporting day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities

Brand Experience: Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships; engage proactively with existing and potential clientele; deliver the Valentino Couture Service in every phase (preparation for sale, welcome, exploring the client, presentation of the product, closing and farewell); be aware of CRM targets and actively engage to reach them; implement personalized outreach campaigns using clienteling tools; consistently capture client data and notes of qualitative information; know the portfolio of customers and VVICs/VICs; work to achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets. Styling: Discover clients and guide them across brand categories; stay informed on current fashion and in-season trends to curate looks; develop product and fit knowledge through trainings; prepare for client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise, and creating a welcoming environment; stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal trends, and store events. Merchandise and Visuals: Support sales and after-sales activities (returns, repairs, complaints); maintain product on the floor; know warehouse stock to ensure replenishment; collaborate with the team to uphold presentation standards and report relevant information to store management; liaise with Visual team on display guidelines. Operations: Understand company policies and procedures; use POS for client transactions; participate in operational tasks when Ops presence is limited (e.g., shipping/receiving). Requirements

Previous luxury retail sales experience with clientele focus Proven track record in achieving sales results Exceptional client relationship and communication skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer skills to operate POS and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Foreign languages a plus Action-oriented; drive for results; problem-solver; team player Compensation

Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr. Hourly rate: $23-$26 plus commission (rate subject to change). Job Details
