GEICO is seeking an accomplished, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join GEICO's Sales Product Management team as we reimagine the insurance shopping experience. This position works with Technology, Design, and Business teams to optimize GEICO’s digital sales journeys for monoline and multiline customers across lines of business. The role is hybrid (2-3 days per week) with locations including Washington, DC; Fredericksburg, VA; Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; and Chevy Chase, MD. Compensation

Base pay range: $146,575.00/yr - $229,600.00/yr. This range is provided by GEICO; actual pay is based on skills and experience. The annual salary range is a general guideline and other factors may be considered in offer decisions. The company will not sponsor new employment authorization for this position at this time. Responsibilities

Define, manage, and launch dynamic, personalized sales journeys to increase digital conversion, with experience in financial services and/or insurance preferred. Partner with Design, Technology, and Business teams to define solution requirements (functional and non-functional) and drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Size and prioritize opportunities using customer, business, and platform data; create and maintain Vision, Strategy, Roadmaps, Epics & Features; drive execution across agile teams; report on impact and optimize in-market solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical designs and communicate across workstreams; influence organizational change through scoping and process improvements. Decompose market opportunities into milestones and artifacts; lead multiple sprint teams delivering iterative value in dynamic sales experiences. Coach and mentor Product Managers; apply knowledge of Underwriting, Rating, and Insurance Product Offerings as a plus. Qualifications

Proven track record in defining, managing, and launching digital sales journeys that improve conversions; familiarity with digital experimentation, data modeling, ML/AI-based technologies, and funnel management is a plus. Strong end-to-end product management capabilities: discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, and measurement. Excellent ability to size opportunities, create artifacts (Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics), and communicate progress to stakeholders. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions through APIs, services, and integrations; strong collaboration and influencing skills. Willingness to work hands-on and drive organizational change through proper scoping and process improvements. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking for digital sales experiences including cross-sell and up-sell, with emphasis on personalized journeys. Location & Schedule
