Overview
Regional Director of Sales for Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy. This role focuses on marketing our services to I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) and ICF (Intermediate Care Facilities) agencies and communities within the designated territory. Prior IDD/ICF pharmacy experience or experience selling to IDD/ICF communities is highly preferred. Healthcare sales, IDD operational experience, and pharmacy operations experience are also welcome to apply. Responsibilities
Market and sell pharmacy services to regional I/DD and ICF communities within the designated territory. Meet and exceed regional sales goals and quotas. Develop and maintain knowledge of I/DD and ICF prospects and contacts in the territory. Coordinate with the Chief Sales Officer and leadership in evaluating and qualifying new sales opportunities. Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to prospects (Zoom, Teams, RingCentral). Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, market data, CRM, and outreach to I/DD and ICF communities and agencies. Develop a strategic territory plan, prioritizing targets, coordinating with tradeshows, state associations, networking, and other marketing initiatives. Participate in local, state, and national trade shows and other marketing initiatives as required. Complete sales updates and reporting in a timely and accurate manner; document sales activity in Company CRM software. Coordinate with other pharmacy departments as needed (Operations, Finance, Leadership). Adhere to Company policies and procedures. Requirements
5+ years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a healthcare-related sales role or 5+ years of relevant operational experience. Licensure or related experience (e.g., Nurses, Pharmacists, Executive Director, Residential Director) is a plus. Prior IDD pharmacy experience or experience selling to IDD/ICF audiences is highly preferred. Ability to work remotely in Illinois year-round. Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). History of success working remotely and at tradeshows/events. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills; results-oriented and adaptable; knowledge of sales processes and product/service offerings. Ability to travel as needed, including approximately 6–8 nights per month; must have own reliable transportation. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required; sponsorship not available. Hours and Location
This position is primarily remote in Illinois with travel (approximately 6–8 overnights per month). Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Physical Requirements
