You will spearhead branch performance, sales growth, and an outstanding colleague and customer experience in a digital-first environment that emphasizes mobile and online banking platforms. You’ll build a diverse talent pipeline, develop colleagues to meet evolving business needs, and implement coaching plans to inspire team and branch-wide goals. As the branches execution and outcomes owner, you’ll combine financial acumen with strategic insights to guide decision-making and deliver results. You will connect with the local community as a visible and engaged brand ambassador to cultivate new and deepen existing customer relationships. Responsibilities

Lead branch performance, sales growth, and an outstanding colleague and customer experience. Foster inspirational leadership, collaborative partnerships, and sound operational practices to sustain a customer-centric culture. Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and collective performance and sales goals through innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Promote the use of digital banking channels and ensure accessibility of mobile and online platforms for customers. Build a diverse talent pipeline and prioritize ongoing performance and growth through coaching plans. Communicate business priorities to energize and empower colleagues to execute with confidence. Direct all colleague and sales activities to meet and exceed key targets. Engage with the local community to cultivate new customer relationships and deepen existing ones. Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials

Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence, deliver world-class customer service, and maintain operational integrity in a high-volume branch environment 4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking Track record of achieving sales goals, deadlines, and branch goals in a profit-and-loss environment Ability to drive exceptional customer experience validated by customer satisfaction surveys Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations Must meet SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a NMLS unique identifier Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Retail banking experience Talent sourcing and assessment Hours and Work Schedule
