Collaborate with 4 OB/GYN physicians, two nurse practitioners, and a dedicated support staff. Maintain a flexible schedule of 2–4 days per week, with 6 hours of dedicated clinical time per day, and a 1:5 call schedule. Practice on the Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC) campus with access to 24/7 OB/GYN hospitalist coverage and Level III NICU. Utilize daVinci Robotics and have access to physicians in all OB/GYN subspecialties for comprehensive patient care. Participate in ongoing professional development with opportunities for eventual partnership and long-term growth. Benefits
