Providing expert clinical care to hematology and oncology patients Conducting patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Performing procedures such as biopsies and administering treatments Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly Documenting patient encounters accurately in electronic health records Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven proficiency in hematology and oncology patient management Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Strong organizational and documentation skills Current PA licensure in Connecticut Benefits
