Overview
Clinical Assistant Professor, Obstetrics & Gynecology. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a physician with subspecialty training in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology ( PAG ) to join our Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo, SUNY. Our partners include Kaleida Health and the John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital, a recently built hospital with new operating and delivery facilities adjacent to the new medical school building on the Buffalo-Niagara Medical Campus. UB is a top-tier academic institution with campuses engaged in patient care, education, and medical research. The successful applicant will be BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology and have completed a formal fellowship in PAG. In this position you will be expected to
possess excellent clinical skills,
provide the highest quality of patient care,
demonstrate a capability, interest, and enthusiasm for teaching medical students and training residents.
Our residency has 36 categorical positions, 9 per year. Our goal is to increase patient care in PAG and develop a Division of PAG. Involvement in clinical research is encouraged, with opportunities for interdisciplinary research within the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and the larger University at Buffalo community.
Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with training and achievement. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
