This role will work closely with the founding team. The nature of the work will evolve rapidly in the fast-moving environment but will involve : Backend software engineering & infrastructure engineering to support the AI and agentic flows RAG / data ingestion pipelines Prompt engineering Model performance and evals Our interview process
Culture interview (30-min video call) We\u2019re looking to learn about you, your skills and experience, and your motivation to join our team. Technical interview
(take-home, 1 week to complete, 2 hours total) No LeetCode! Real-world problem solving in our coding environment. We try and make it fun. Debugging interview
(1-hour live w / one of our engineers) 4 bugs. 1 hour. Are you up to the test? Founder interview
(1-hour) Meet with Han or Hahnbee! AMA at the end. On-Site
(half-day) A technical round Lunch - get to know the team Behavioral round Spec assessment - we present you with a problem and ask you to write up a solution for it (no code) Offer cue confetti! Dandelion Chocolate on us come Week 1! Company Benefits
