Responsibilities As a

Branch Manager , you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture. Extensive training prepares you to apply business acumen to revenue growth and achieve the highest customer satisfaction. You will cultivate an employee culture that motivates performance, supports personal growth, and inspires exceptional service. You will also contribute to community service that improves the places where we live and work.

Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training

Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership development of others, including field evaluations, coaching opportunities, and training

Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results

Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service, accept constructive feedback, and commit to continual improvement

Drive revenue generation and growth, motivate the team through daily activity check-ins, and hold teams accountable for results

Showcase superior operational skills, including managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and investing in growth while balancing expense margins

Recruit and develop talent across sales, service, and customer service staff, including management

Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6–9 months of required training

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)

Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Compliance with applicable state and local laws in employment processes

Work Environment & Requirements Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Wear PPE, which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator

Willing to work in various weather conditions
