Deaconess Illinois Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Waterloo, IL with a guaranteed salary of
$260,000 and a $50,000 sign-on bonus
for a 5-year contract. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes: This position will include a full-time clinic Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Health & Dependent Care Expense Accounts Salary Continuance and Disability Coverage Two different retirement accounts available (401k; 457b) 5 Days of CME Time Off $3,500 Annual CME Stipend DEA, State Licensing, Board Certification, & Maintenance Fees Covered $1,000 per year of CME can be used towards technology Computer allowance of $750 every 5 years Hospital-provided Medical Malpractice Insurance Up to $15,000 moving allowance Student Loan Forgiveness Support of J-1 Visa Bonus: Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics.
