Leadership & Management of the team: lead, motivate and manage all staff including technical and non-technical roles; conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, share updates and address concerns; clearly communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, and company policies to all team members; provide ongoing training and development opportunities to attract and retain staff and improve performance; cultivate and maintain the Tricoci culture of community, collaboration, trust and innovation in a positive, respectful work environment. Operations Management: oversee daily operations in the Salon & Spa including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance; maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all licensing and health requirements; implement and enforce SOPs, policies, and procedures for consistency and efficiency; manage team member schedules and attendance processes. Client Relations: maintain a high standard of client service to ensure satisfaction and retention; address client inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Financial Management: manage business performance through KPIs and P&L; monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability while upholding quality and service standards. Qualifications

3+ years of management experience in a high-volume beauty/spa, retail, or service environment. Proven experience in a salon/spa management role or similar position; track record of holding teams accountable for results while motivating and developing talent. Strong business operations acumen, financial management, and ability to execute actions to improve performance; ability to create and implement action plans quickly. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; good judgment and professionalism in handling critical situations. Excellent communication and customer service skills; highly committed to delivering exceptional service. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; collaborative and team-focused mindset. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team; flexible with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Benefits
