Strategic Partnership Development Manager, Fitbit – Google/Global Partnerships context. In this role you will work closely with product and partner engineering teams to identify, source, and negotiate agreements with key partners. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding Fitbit's reach to more users through a Business-to-Business-to-Consumer (B2B2C) model, owning the entire agreement life-cycle from building pipelines to successful execution and representing the customer to inform the development and launch of new Fitbit features and the overarching product strategy. Responsibilities

Work closely with our Product and Partner Engineering teams to build and execute engagements with potential partners, requiring creativity and problem-solving. Influence the overall product roadmap and health priorities; collaborate across product areas to deliver value for partners and users. Define, negotiate, and close product, technology, business, and go-to-market agreements, including terms related to distribution, collaboration, and business generation of health products. Collaborate with Product, Legal, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and other teams to define, validate, and scale innovative business models and distribution frameworks with health and fitness partners. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, business building, or management consulting. Experience managing partnership engagements with partners, including structuring and negotiating business, technology, and legal issues. Experience building analyses, including financial or business modeling, business plans, and presenting to leadership. Preferred qualifications

Master\'s degree or other advanced degree. Experience in health tech, fitness, wellness, or AI space. Experience in strategic consulting and developing business partnerships. Experience leading partnership engagements, with ability to analyze economic models, build compelling business cases, and negotiate intricate terms. Experience with communication, translating technical, contractual, and financial details into clear presentations and analyses. About the Job

Our Business Development team is leading the charge in integrating health and fitness innovations into Google\'s ecosystem, with a focus on the Fitbit mobile application. You will work with Product and Partner Engineering teams to identify, source, and negotiate agreements with key partners, expanding Fitbit\'s reach to more users through a B2B2C model and owning the entire agreement life-cycle. You will be investigative, owning financial planning and strategy, and possess a deep product understanding to co-create effective user experiences alongside our partners. You will be curious, solving complex problems at macro and micro levels in a fluid, cross-functional environment. The Global Partnerships organization explores new opportunities with Google\'s partners and supports Google\'s product teams with essential partnerships to power user experiences across advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, pay is influenced by work location and other factors including skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share the exact range for your preferred location during hiring.
