This role leads development and implementation of projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality results within budget. It also drives internal and external project reporting and manages the project team. What You’ll Do

Actively engage in day-to-day safety activities and implement the Safety Culture Improvement Plan on your project. Lead the project team, including architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives; resolve plan, specification, and field constraint issues. Lead meetings with contractors, clients, or A/E representatives to coordinate design and construction efforts; empower and coach a high-performance team. Coordinate and lead production planning, scheduling, trade coordination meetings, and submittal reviews. Manage the procurement process to align with project milestones and maintain up-to-date production visuals and site logistics plans. Support cost control with budget oversight, change order management, and risk assessment as required. Develop and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and risk management processes; ensure compliance with contract documents and close-out requirements. Provide regular internal and external project reporting and communication to stakeholders. What We Expect From You

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a relevant field; a combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Seven or more years of related experience. Solid understanding of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, materials, and standards relevant to the role. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams. Understanding of project delivery including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques. Proficiency in O365 Office Suite. Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

Occasional lifting and maneuvering of objects, travel to job sites, and working in varied environments (indoor/outdoor; heat/cold; loud noises). Ability to use PPE as required; about on-site work and potential overtime/weekends. What We Can Offer You

The anticipated salary range for this position is $151,600-$202,200 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and internal equity. The incumbent is expected to work out of the San Francisco office location; if another location is used, the range may change. The Boldt Company is an equal opportunity employer.
