Mentorship with senior doctors. 22 years plus in practice at the same location. Opportunity to perform endo, restorative, implants with mentorship option available if you need help. Flexible environment / setup for Dentist Opportunity to do your own treatment plans and patient management Good earning potential Approach towards continuous improvement, learning new aspects in dentistry Great supporting staff and work-life balance Great compensation - Fixed + Bonus – Typically 200,000 to 400,000 or more after the partnership A path towards equity ownership – Get paid on office collection, Director / Partner roles are available for Dentist Help for dental credentials, Malpractice, CE courses – Full sponsorship Paid Time Off 401K with Match Healthcare benefits, Dental benefits for Dentists and Family Qualifications for Dentist
DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA). Current state license to practice dentistry. Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination. Proof of malpractice insurance. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. Clinical Setting
