Lead and engage diverse teams across the operation. Create strategies that drive best-in-class care for patients and families. Support true work-life balance and opportunities for career and leadership development. Coordinate and complete assigned projects to effectively support immediate and long-range objectives of the company. Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plan services to be provided, and supervise total home health care. Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Enhance the profitability of the agency and provide motivation and retention of qualified staff to assure quality of services delivered. Qualifications / License Requirements
Registered nurse with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field. Current CPR certification required. Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
