Provide leadership and oversight to Medicare and Medicaid teams, ensuring performance objectives are met Collaborate with the executive team to set objectives and drive the development of Medicare / Medicaid products and services Manage financial performance and operating budget while establishing key relationships with stakeholders in government programs Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Analytics, Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field 15 years of relevant work experience in PBM, pharmacy, health plan, or managed care, with at least 8 years in Medicare / Medicaid 9 years of leadership / people management experience Strong skills in developing strategies to drive growth in government programs Proven track record of leadership and expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicare regulations
