Enterprise Sales Executive

Constant Contact . We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise-level opportunities that directly contribute to Constant Contact's ambitious revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to expert negotiation and deal closure, while also fostering strong, strategic client relationships. What You'll Do: Strategic Partnership and Account Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with target partners, enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for ongoing partnership and growth. Strategic Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential enterprise sales leads through various channels, demonstrating a deep understanding of Constant Contact's target market and ideal customer profile. Expert Sales Methodology Execution: Skillfully apply Constant Contact's proven sales methodology to efficiently advance opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent and effective sales process. Pipeline Development & Management: Create, cultivate, and rigorously manage a robust pipeline of new sales opportunities within the enterprise segment, accurately forecasting and reporting on progress. Complex Deal Negotiation, Integration Expertise, and Strong Deal Management Experience: Lead complex negotiations with enterprise-level clients, leveraging strong business acumen and persuasive communication to successfully close deals and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets. Optimized Lead Conversion: Efficiently work and prioritize leads to maximize conversion rates, ensuring no opportunity is missed and resources are allocated effectively. Who You Are: You bring a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, with a verifiable track record of consistently exceeding demanding sales quotas. You have a solid understanding of Product Integration and an understanding of White Label or OEM structures You possess strong expertise in advanced lead generation strategies and sophisticated qualification techniques, capable of identifying and engaging high-value prospects. You demonstrate outstanding negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and secure significant deals. You have a strong command of pipeline management and accurate forecasting, utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and achieve predictable results. You are proficient in executing a defined sales methodology, adapting it as needed to drive optimal outcomes in diverse sales scenarios. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, articulate value propositions effectively, and influence key decision-makers at all levels. You have strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling, well-structured pitches that resonate with enterprise audiences. You’re flexible and mobile, with the ability and willingness to travel monthly as needed to meet clients, attend events, and support business development initiatives. OTE for this role is $131,200-$151,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
