Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, this high-impact role will lead the SEC reporting process, oversee corporate accounting, and contribute to equity compensation accounting. You’ll manage a small team and collaborate with senior leadership, including the C-suite and Investor Relations, particularly around earnings releases. Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release materials Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Oversee technical accounting reviews and company-wide policy implementation Support equity compensation accounting and related disclosures Serve as a liaison with external auditors and legal counsel Present financial results and insights to senior leadership and IR teams Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture Qualifications
5+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate SEC reporting CPA preferred Experience with Active Disclosure or similar SEC filing tools Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and equity accounting Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders Why This Role?
