Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join a dynamic tax team at a publicly traded company. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in navigating complex tax structures, partnership taxation, and joint venture arrangements. The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing the company’s partnership tax compliance, structuring initiatives, and the preparation of waterfall distribution models.
Responsibilities
Manage partnership tax compliance, structuring initiatives, and waterfall distribution modeling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM strongly preferred.
CPA license required
8+ years of progressive tax experience, with a focus on partnership taxation and joint venture structures
Experience within Big 4 strongly preferred
Proven expertise in waterfall distribution modeling and complex allocation methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
