Inventory Reporting and Accounting: Report and plan on inventory related accounts including reserves, FAA, LCM, maintaining compliance and updating procedures according to business practices. Support and guide the inventory projections for the business, including gross and net, and guide the overall business to understand gross to net implications. Maintain and improve processes around standard costs for RAD. Review PPV projections and deviations to increase visibility on cost of materials and finished goods. Coordinate with the warehouse team for the cycle count process, review daily cycle count accuracy, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and provide recommendations for improvements. Drive improvements and lean culture; challenge established norms and processes to deliver tangible benefits in control, predictability, efficiency and effectiveness. Business Partnering: Primary business partner with Planning, Source, Procurement; point of contact for inventory reporting for Inventory FP&A. Drive financial accountability, ensuring financial implications of operational decisions are considered. Ensure accounting and reporting procedures and practices are fully compliant with SOX and internal control guidelines. Act as the point of contact and key business partner for inventory and costing, and total cost of ownership of external purchases. Business Plan and Forecasts: Prepare and consolidate templates for all planning cycles. Deliver accurate, timely, and complete financial forecasts, reports, submissions, and analytics for Monarch and designated business partners. Ensure alignment and transparency between P&L and Balance Sheet assumptions relating to inventory items. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; Master’s/MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred. Minimum 3 years of finance or related business experience required. Supply Chain finance experience required. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required. Experience building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to all levels of the organization required. Ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment required. Strong communication, framing, and presentation skills with solid interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing abilities required. ERP SAP experience preferred.
