We are seeking a dynamic Director New Jersey Market Leader to drive growth and lead transformative projects across K-12, higher education facilities, and Correctional and Justice Facilities in New Jersey, with a clear path to Principal within the firm. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a growth strategy for the New Jersey market. Serve as a thought leader shaping DRG Architects’ approach to design. Client Development:

Build and maintain relationships with school districts, higher education institutions, and stakeholders. Lead business development efforts, including proposals and presentations. Oversee the design and delivery of education projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules. Act as Principal-in-Charge for major projects, upholding quality and technical excellence. Inspire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering collaboration and innovation. Industry Engagement:

Represent DRG Architects at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Share thought leadership through presentations, case studies, and publications. Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Licensed Architect with significant experience in K-12 and/or higher education facility design Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills 10+ years of project management experience, including large-scale educational projects 10+ years of design team management experience, focused on K-12 Proven success in business development and marketing within the education sector Expertise in sustainable design practices and familiarity with educational facility standards LEED/WELL certifications are preferred but not required Why Join DRG Architects?
