Overview
We are seeking to add a
Senior Environmental or Civil Engineer to our collaborative team—someone who reflects our commitment to technical excellence, environmental responsibility, and outstanding client service. In this position, you will lead the delivery of shoreline and aquatic sediment remediation, habitat restoration, and upland remediation projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating with teaming partners and contractors, and representing the firm with clients and regulatory agencies. of technical deliverables Offer mentorship and professional development to junior staff Qualifications
10+ years
of professional experience as an environmental or civil engineer in consulting, construction, or a related field Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering Strong background in preparing and reviewing engineering plans and specifications, with an emphasis on constructability and implementability Professional Engineering (PE) license
in any state, with the ability to obtain reciprocity in Washington and Oregon Ability to obtain and maintain certifications required for the role (e.g., HAZWOPER, CPR, TWIC ) Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits
This is a
full-time, permanent position . Salary range: $110,000 – $128,000 annually
(for candidates with 10–15 years of experience) Quarterly merit-based bonuses Equity and ownership opportunities Comprehensive benefits package:
401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance 11 paid holidays
plus
20 days of PTO per year Flexible work schedule with core hours from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday–Friday Most staff work
onsite 2–3 days per week , depending on commuting distance Extra time off provided for weeks requiring more than standard billable hours Regional travel is limited (generally within 3 hours ) with expenses fully covered About Us
