Role

Job Title: Regional Sales Director Location: insert Reports to: Vice President, Sales

Responsibilities

Navigate outside, consultative business-to-business sales Generate sales through multiple channels, including cold calling, direct mail, email campaigns, proposals, meetings, and presentations Develop relationships with Building Decision Makers (residential developers, owners, property managers, condo board members, and others who control building ownership/management decisions) Guide Building Decision Makers through the business-to-business sales cycle

Qualifications

Experience in sales is required; preference for Internet and MDU space Strong network and experience in the Chicago residential real estate market Strong people and organizational skills Ability to work independently Experience with financial modeling is recommended but not required Technologically savvy, resourceful, creative, analytical, and business-minded
