hands-on Head of Sales

to take the reins and drive revenue. This role isn’t about managing dashboards — it’s about

owning deals and growing a team . You’ll inherit a small but capable team of AEs, work directly with the founder, and be responsible for closing new business, tightening the sales motion, and helping us scale intelligently. What You’ll Do

Personally own and close mid-market B2B SaaS deals Lead and coach 2 AEs (team expected to grow within 12 months) Refine our sales process — from outbound to close Track pipeline metrics and forecast revenue accurately Work directly with the founder on pricing, segmentation, and GTM strategy What You’ve Done

Closed $10K–50K+ ACV SaaS deals personally Managed or coached 1–5 AEs in a growth-stage environment Built repeatable outbound + inbound sales systems Thrived in startups (ideally
