A growing Solar & BESS Independent Power Producer (IPP) is seeking a Sales Director to drive its growth strategy across North America. This is a key leadership position designed to capitalize on their expanding battery storage market and solidify the company's footprint as a long-term owner of energy assets. Responsibilities
Lead a Key Market: Develop and execute the commercial strategy to increase market share and profitability across the United States. Secure Landmark Projects: Identify and win new utility-scale and developer clients for large-scale BESS installations, managing relationships from initial engagement to project completion. Build and Mentor a Team: Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of ambition and success. Be an Industry Ambassador: Act as a key representative for a forward-thinking company at the heart of the energy transition, leveraging a portfolio of advanced technology. What You'll Bring
A strong background in Solar and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is essential. Proven experience managing and developing successful regional or national sales teams. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex, long sales cycles autonomously.
