Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid: 3 days onsite) This role will focus heavily on
downstream marketing , particularly direct-to-patient campaign execution, while also supporting physician engagement and global launch initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of
direct-to-patient omni-channel campaigns , including agency management and performance tracking. Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, regulatory, operations) to align global marketing strategies. Support product launches and indication expansions, including messaging, positioning, and physician education. Build strong relationships with KOLs and field sales teams to drive adoption. Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital content to support awareness and adoption globally. Represent the business at industry conferences and events. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in medical device or pharma marketing , with strong downstream/DTC focus. Experience supporting product launches, physician education, and field sales enablement. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence across global teams. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis (3 days onsite required). Ability to travel domestically or internationally: up to 25%. Seniority level
