These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities
Grow as a strategic advisor by leveraging influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. Motivate and coach others; solve complex problems; communicate how things fit together. Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams; contribute to the Firm's success. Direct teams through ambiguity, maintain sound judgment, and escalate when necessary. Lead and deliver finance and treasury strategy, design, and implementation projects. Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously and navigate client conversations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master of Business Administration preferred. 7 years of experience in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance/treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements, or related roles. Preferred: CPA, CTP, CFA; TMS vendor certifications. Knowledge of corporate treasury (cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, hedging), Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, SAP Treasury, etc.), banking connectivity, and global liquidity techniques. Proficiency with analytical tools and digital technologies (Microsoft, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, RPA, AI/ML). Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and team leadership skills; ability to work with a global team. Ability to manage workloads, provide feedback, and keep leadership informed of progress and issues. Experience guiding transformations from strategy through execution and applying operational metrics for dashboards and benchmarking.
