The Bonadio Group is seeking a Senior Manager with experience in senior services (nursing home/assisted living), home care, clinics, hospital, and/or third-party reimbursement. The Senior Manager role will oversee projects and client engagements involving complex reimbursement methodologies, Medicaid and Medicare cost reports for multiple healthcare entity types, rate setting, financial modeling, and regulatory analysis. Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple client engagements in healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, and financial consulting. Oversee preparation and review of Medicaid/Medicare cost reports in multiple States for all different healthcare entity types and related analyses. Interpret and apply reimbursement regulations, guidance, and policy updates for hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers. Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support client decision-making. Manage, coach, and mentor junior staff, providing technical training and professional development. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Serve as a primary client relationship manager, with increased accountability for client satisfaction and retention. Lead practice development initiatives including proposals, presentations, and new service offerings. Contribute thought leadership through writing, presenting, and participation in industry forums. Guide internal initiatives to enhance practice efficiency, training, and knowledge-sharing. Qualifications

Required

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, rate setting, or related financial consulting. Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement methodologies. Proven leadership, project management, and client service skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and other financial/office software. Preferred

CPA, CHFP, FHFMA or other professional credential. Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly. The salary for this position is between $115,000 - $145,000 and is commensurate with experience. Hours of Operation

Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday. We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times.
