ArcherOak is seeking a Director of Asset Allocation to work closely with the CIO and principals on global, multi-asset portfolio strategy. This individual will play a central role in evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing correlations across asset classes, and recommending portfolio adjustments to ensure diversification, tax efficiency, and alignment with multi-generational objectives. A key responsibility will be leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance portfolio decision-making. Compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with experience, including base salary, performance-based bonus, and potential co-investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate potential investments and assess their fit within the overall portfolio, with emphasis on diversification, correlations, and tax-aware outcomes Apply AI-driven tools to improve investment evaluation, diligence, and risk management processes Oversee manager selection, co-investment opportunities, and liquidity planning Develop clear, data-driven analyses and present actionable recommendations to the CIO and principals Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in asset allocation, portfolio strategy, or manager research within a family office, endowment, OCIO, insurance company, or allocator environment Strong knowledge of both public and private markets, with experience in portfolio analytics Advanced financial modeling and spreadsheet skills, including scenario analysis, pacing models, and risk/return frameworks Demonstrated interest and aptitude in applying AI/ML and advanced data tools to investment evaluation, risk management, and portfolio construction Exceptional integrity, discretion, and communication skills Candidates from both allocator and quantitative/technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they can demonstrate sound judgment and communicate investment insights effectively Seniority level
