Role: Employment Law Attorney / Pre-Litigation Associate (Entry Level) Location: California (CA) Contract: 3 months before conversion to permanent, direct hire Role focus: Pre-litigation/negotiation with opposing counsel to determine case status and potential settlements or mediations Qualifications
CA Bar license CA residence Willingness to work on a contract for 3 months before conversion to a perm, direct hire Responsibilities
Perform as Employment Law Attorney / Pre-Litigation Associate on the team Communicate with opposing counsel to assess case status and explore settlements or mediations Equal Opportunity Employer
