U.S. Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Global Industrials and Service Market Leader. This position provides direction, strategic decisions, and leadership by managing a team of relationship managers focused on middle market and mid-corporate companies for a major geographical area. Primary focus involves expanding and servicing a variety of large and highly complex loans and treasury services to customers in a region. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management, including dedication to customers, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth. Responsibilities
Lead and manage relationship managers serving middle market and mid-corporate clients in a defined region. Drive strategy, decision-making, and overall leadership for the market segment. Oversee expansion and servicing of large, complex loans and treasury services. Ensure strong customer dedication, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field 15 or more years of banking experience Eight or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills Thorough knowledge of division and its relation to industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills Disability Accommodations
