Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Oracle Talent Management module to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements if applicable, and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Oracle Talent Management module.
Experience working in or supporting the healthcare or related industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules.
Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
