Overview

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights

Position:

RN, Adolescent and Young Adult Psychiatry

Location:

Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL

Full Time/Part Time:

32 hrs/week

Hours:

3p-11:30pm

Floating Locations:

Possible floating to Evanston Hospital

What you will need

License:

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

Education:

BSN degree preferred

Certification:

BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required

Experience:

Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

What you will do

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for an inpatient adolescent and young adult psychiatry unit, patients age 12-22

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care

Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel, such as mental health associates, in delivering psychiatric patient care

Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care

Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high-quality patient experience
