Overview
HVAC Project Manager We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HVAC Project Manager to lead projects and help drive new business from start to finish. This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with crews, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed properly, on time, and within budget while building strong customer relationships and securing new jobs for the company. If you’re someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and enjoys both operations and sales, we want you on the team.
What You’ll Do
Manage HVAC projects from the ground up, ensuring everything stays on schedule and within budget. Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities, build client relationships, and convert prospects into new projects. Prepare accurate estimates and bids for restoration work, presenting proposals to clients and winning contracts. Coordinate with crews, contractors, and vendors to get the job done right. Review project plans to ensure compliance with safety rules, building codes, and company policies. Lead on-site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise. Work closely with the team to keep operations efficient and organized. Track budgets and manage project costs, estimates, change orders, and invoices. Ensure all work is performed safely and according to local codes and regulations. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
What You Bring to the Table
At least 5 years of experience managing teams or projects. Extensive experience in HVAC work. Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Able to juggle multiple projects and keep things on track. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to read blueprints and technical documents. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
