An independent, full-scope anesthesia group in New Mexico is offering two CRNA positions designed to support both earning potential and work-life balance. Independent, full-scope anesthesia practice with collaborative, supportive physician relationships. Case mix includes a wide range of procedures; malpractice coverage must meet NM Patient Compensation Fund requirements (support available through Main Street Anesthesia). General, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, GI, urology, spine, neuro, and optional OB No trauma, cardiac, thoracic, or sick pediatric cases This is a strong opportunity for CRNAs who value autonomy, clinical variety, and compensation that reflects their skill set. Case Mix & Setting
General, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, GI, urology, spine, neuro, and optional OB No trauma, cardiac, thoracic, or sick peds Independent practice with collaborative, supportive physician relationships Malpractice coverage must meet NM Patient Compensation Fund requirements (support available through Main Street Anesthesia) Option 1: No-Call, Lifestyle-Focused
40-hour/week schedule — Four 9–11 hour shifts per week No weekday or weekend call Optional weekend coverage (6 weekends/year) Earnings: $370K–$380K annually; OR: $200/hr; Weekend day shift: $220/hr Time Off: 44 working weeks/year (8 weeks off) Bonus: $40K sign-on/relocation for a 24-month contract Option 2: High-Income, Full-Scope + Limited Call
55-hour/week schedule Short call every 10th day (7a–11p) Weekend call every 4th weekend (rotating in-house or home-call) OB coverage is optional Earnings: $480K–$530K annually; OR: $220/hr; Overnight call: $1,760/shift; OB: $210/hr Time Off: 44 working weeks/year (8 weeks off) Bonus: $40K sign-on/relocation for a 24-month contract, or $20K for 12-months This description reflects a direct hire CRNA opportunity with multiple tracks to fit different goals.
