Overview
Brighter Futures Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Clinical Director. This leadership role is an exciting opportunity to shape clinical excellence and help children with autism reach their full potential through high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy.

Role Overview As the Clinical Director, you will lead clinical operations, supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure each child’s therapy plan meets the highest standards of care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to ethical, effective ABA practices.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the quality of ABA services delivered across assigned caseloads
Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and create individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs, including training, mentoring, and performance monitoring
Collaborate with families and staff to promote effective communication and program success
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and insurance requirements
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals using data-driven decision-making
Participate in program development, quality assurance, and strategic planning
Qualifications
Current and active BCBA certification
Minimum of three years of experience providing ABA services
Leadership or supervisory experience required (Clinical Director experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A genuine passion for helping children with autism and their families succeed.
