As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback to help brands refine their services. Whether visiting boutiques, purchasing online, or returning a product, your voice shapes the future of luxury. Responsibilities
Flexibility – each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, allowing you to complete multiple assignments Perform several missions per month and collaborate with some of the most prestigious brands worldwide Choose your assignments and align missions with your personal preferences and profile Visit luxury stores or evaluate online; engage with sales associates in-store or online from home Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience Provide honest feedback using our platform via questionnaires Our Luxury Partners
