AECOM is seeking a Contract Administrator IV to be based in San Diego, CA. We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented California State Grants Specialist with experience California state funding programs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of school facility regulations and a demonstrated ability to manage the grant application and reporting process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Research and interpret California State regulations related to school facility funding. Identify and evaluate available funding opportunities. Prepare and submit accurate grant applications and all related documentation. Prepare and/or support preparation of expense reports for auditors. Collaborate with internal teams, attorneys, CPAs, and administrative agencies to gather required information. Maintain organized records of all grant-related materials. Work with IT staff to define data requirements and support grant tracking systems. Communicate clearly and effectively across departments and with stakeholders as needed.
