New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training program in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Completion of the program requirements can lead to a transition into management as an associate partner. Training, Support, and Professional Development: New York Life offers a comprehensive three-year training program, marketing support, and prospecting and technical assistance. Our programs give you the ability to work with highly successful, established agents and managers who assist you in developing a clientele. Responsibilities: Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner. Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner. Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals. Qualifications: Knowledge of cultural markets a plus. Some sales experience needed. Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional. Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus. Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required. Compensation: $65,000+ at plan commission
