Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular daily patrols of assigned areas. Thoroughly inspect all areas for unsecured property, fire hazards, safety risks, and other irregularities. Check and test locks on doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure and fully functional. Monitor and verify staff key allocations, ensuring they are distributed and used appropriately. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. Maintain detailed and accurate incident and activity reports. Liaise with emergency services when required. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Requirements
Must have NY Security License up to date. Must be FLSD certified - Must have either Z89 (COC), F89 or T89 up to date. Must be detail-oriented, observant, and able to recognize security risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations. Must be able to stand and walk long periods to perform regular patrols. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Benefits
