We are a pioneering autonomous innovation team within a major multinational cross vertical company, dedicated to revolutionizing last-mile logistics through robotics and automation. The autonomous delivery team pioneers aerial last-mile delivery, merging robotics, aviation, and operational strategy to create scalable, real-world solutions for our marketplace. You will have the chance to focus on technology innovation across vehicle and drone related products. About the Role
We’re expanding our software engineering team and seeking passionate engineers to operate at a level equivalent of technical leadership. Moreover, our team focus on software excellence for autonomous solutions, where we support the redefinition of logistics, alongside innovation across vehicle and UAV technology. You will be responsible for building and deploying advanced software systems that operate autonomously in dynamic environments for drone and vehicle technology. This role offers the opportunity to innovate at the intersection of robotics, software, and real-world impact. Key Responsibilities
Integrate and process data from sensors (IMU, GPS, lidar, camera). Build ROS/ROS 2 applications for navigation and obstacle avoidance. Implement communication between drones, ground stations, and cloud. Develop onboard software for autonomous drone operations. Conduct testing via simulation, and HIL. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end drone logistics solutions. Qualifications
Degree in CS, EE, Robotics, or related field. 10+ years in robotics or autonomous systems. Proficient in C/C++, Python, and ROS/ROS 2. Strong experience with real-time systems, sensor fusion, and debugging robotic platforms Seniority level
