A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Management_Executive 608; Pay Range: $101,000.00 - $181,800.00. The job description below outlines the responsibilities and qualifications for the Sr. Manager of College Marketing, who is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support enrollment growth and other priorities for one of WGU’s four academic colleges. The Sr. Manager will be the Marketing team’s expert on internal and external factors that affect college performance including program offerings, industry partnerships, target audiences, market trends, and competitor behavior. Responsibilities

Build relationships of trust with college and Marketing leaders; facilitate cross-organizational information sharing and cooperative strategy development. Be the expert in all marketing activities and external factors influencing college performance. Assist with setting college-specific performance targets, provide regular reporting, forecasts, and root-cause insights to inform ongoing adjustments to drive KPIs. Drive college-specific marketing initiatives, partnering with various teams across Marketing to translate strategies into tactical execution. Work closely with internal and agency creative teams to ensure that creative requests are accurate, on time, and on brand. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Significant client or key stakeholder management experience. Executive-level communication ability to clearly and persuasively communicate with staff at all levels of the university. Strong quantitative and strategic analysis skills; ability to gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Fluency in marketing disciplines across traditional and digital media, SEO, content marketing, and conference/event marketing. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Drive and ability to influence others to act without direct reporting authority. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives Understanding of MarTech platforms (CMS, forms, A/B testing, databases, analytics, etc.) 5+ years of people management experience. Position & Application Details
