Litigation Attorney
with
3–5 years of experience
to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including
commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, financial services disputes, and insurance defense . Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Minnesota 3–5 years of litigation experience (multi-practice exposure a plus) Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Notes : The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $210,000.
