Overview

Atria Health is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Designer to define and lead the design strategy for our Member Experience. As a senior-level individual contributor in the design team, you will own the long-term member experience design vision across mobile, web, and in-practice interactions, ensuring every touchpoint with Atria is seamless, intuitive, and deeply human. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you will shape our design direction, set the standard for craft and quality, and drive the evolution of our design systems. You will partner closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare data and personalized care into experiences that are both emotionally engaging and operationally effective. The ideal candidate is a design leader with a track record of creating category-defining work, ideally in health tech or consumer wellness, and thrives at the intersection of vision-setting and execution.
