Role Project Schedulers - Associate, Mid and Senior level
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules within the Integrated Master Schedule.
Track changes due to scope modifications or unforeseen events.
Coordinate with Workstream Leads, project team members, and other stakeholders to ensure work is completed on time and, if there are delays, there is sufficient time to mitigate impacts to the program.
Monitor alignment with program KPI, organizational goals, and objectives.
Review baseline/execution schedule variances.
What You’ll Bring — Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance/Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
Experience with P6 and MS-Project
Cost and resource loading schedule, schedule updates
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Good Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large-scale projects
Familiarity with earned value management (EVM)

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
